Rates are based on 2 people. Extra charges will apply to additional guests.
Additional guests over age 16 are $5.00 each.
Well mannered Pets are $3.00 each and must not be left unattended.
Tents:
We allow one tent per RV site for children under 16 at no charge. All other tenter's are charged $15 per night no matter where the tents are. We cater to Motorcyclists and Bicyclists. Bivy Sack tents - that means literal one-man tents or sometimes two traveling together who are super nice to us ;o) can get a discount and pay $10 per small tent per night. Discuss that with reservations at the time of booking please.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit on the entire stay is required on all reservations at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
For non-holiday, non-event dates: Should you need to cancel this reservation, please notify us 72 hours prior to the arrival date. We will retain the 50% deposit on late cancellations.
For major holidays and event weekends: Should you need to cancel this reservation, please notify us 14 days in advance. We will retain the 50% deposit on late cancellations.
* Metered electric fees will be charged in addition to monthly rental rates.
* Clean, Cosmetically Correct Travel Trailers, RV's, and RPT's/Park Models are welcome to extended stays. For the sake of the neighbors and the integrity of the park, only folks who take pride in cleanliness and own well cared for units may join us for extended stays. We at the Pine Near, reserve the right to determine whether the above criteria are met.
